| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The minimum qualifications and experiences:
1. Must have a valid and up-to-date Trade license, TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, and Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.
2. At least 3 years of experience in project/program management activities/social awareness campaigns/implementing or delivering sensitization project at the field level with any of the Govt./Semi-Govt. entities/ UN/Private sector (Please provide work completion certificate along with copy of contract).
3. Must have extensive experience and capacity to plan, design, develop, and deliver/disseminate information products such as advocacy and campaign, web-based products and implement communication activities such as workshops, seminars, FGDs, etc. (Please provide necessary documents for proof).
4. The firm must have the capacity and highly qualified and experienced resources to independently take notes and prepare any relevant minutes, concept notes, reports, documentation etc.
6. Must have a minimum average annual turnover of BDT 01 crore in the last 2 years. Please submit the last 2 years audited financial statements (if applicable).
7. Must have the minimum liquid asset of BDT 90 lac in the last 2 years in the form of a credit line or working capital. Please submit the last 2 years audited financial statements (if applicable).
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoI’s of the eligible applicants, and a “request for proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
The total duration of the contract is 12 (Twelve) months.
