| Brief Description of Assignment |

Project Adviser: The Project adviser is to provide regular policy guidelines to ensure the implementation of the project activities is in the right track for attaining its objectives. Provide advice and guidance to the Project Team and National Committee for Graduation (NCG). |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Project Adviser:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or Social Sciences;
- At least Fifteen (15) years of working experience at senior level of Government of Bangladesh;
- The importance of selecting the most suitable person as Project Advisor in view of the objectives of the project cannot be overstressed. The responsibility of identifying a suitable candidate is vested in the Government of Bangladesh. Having working experience in LDC graduation process and ERD shall be given preference.
