| Brief Description of Assignment |

• Analysis and assessment of Lease and Settlement Management System to prepare the precise SRS and system design for Lease and Settlement Management System.
• Providing appropriate software development and support plans for the Leasing and Settlement process of Haat-bazar, Khas land, Vested Property and other sairat mohals.
• Integration facility with all Mobile Financial Services(MFS) & Payment Gateways as per requirement.
• System development and integration with solution platform through responsive Web Applications & Apps.
• Migration and segregation of existing data from the current system to new developed system.
• Capacity development and training for end-user and operational user to run the software smoothly.
• Provide 24x7 support & maintenance for the developed Lease and Settlement Management System as per SLA.

1. The software developing firm will demonstrate experience of at least seven (07) years in similar services like developing, testing, integration of IT automation systems and other services as specified in ToR.

1. Name and background of the firm with general and similar experiences including firm`s brochure.
2. List of relevant professional staff/expert with their qualification and experiences with the firm to demonstrate adequacy of the firm to carry out their assignment.
3. Summary on experience of the firm in similar service completed during last Seven (07) years, client name, contract value, duration and details of the task.
4. Submission of the copies of all legal documents that the firms hold to carry out his business including VAT/IT registration certificate, professional enrolment etc;
5. The Consultant will submit the financial statement of audit reports of last 3 (three) financial years to demonstrate the financial capacity.
6. A firm will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Act-2006 and Public Procurement Rules-2008;
7. Draft Terms of Reference (ToR) partly is available in the website of the Ministry of Land www.minland.gov.bd as well as in the project website www.lmap.minland.gov.bd
8. Sealed envelope containing one (01) original and one (01) copy of Expression of Interest (EoI) along with the relevant supporting documents to be marked with “Expression of Interest (EoI) for Selection of Firm for Development of Lease and Settlement Management System |
