| Brief Description of Assignment |

The firm will conduct In-depth Monitoring depending on approved ToR. The objective of this assignment to conduct In-depth Monitoring of the project ‘Performance-based Operation for 4 (four) years and Strengthening of 4-Lane Dhaka-Chittagong National Highway (N-1) (Daudkandi-Chittagong Portion)’ in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will show the effectiveness of the project, how far changes created in the livelihood of beneficiaries as well as in the society due to the project and the recommendations made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to direct the project on right track and help to implement similar project in future. |
