INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The objective of this assignment is to conduct impact evaluation of “Infrastructure development and strengthening of Bangladesh institute of research and traning on applied nutrition (BIRTAN) (2nd revised)” project. This assignment should be done according to approved TOR.
The firm will investigate if the works were done, goods were procured and service was received in compliance with the target stated in Development Project Proposal (DPP) & concern BOQ or Specification. The firm will also investigate if all procurement under the project were processed in compliance with PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 and done with due approval.
The firm will submit a report showing progress of the project in articles/graphs/tables with the analyzation of the following:
• Static data of the project;
• Background of the project;
• Amendment of the project;
• Strength, weakness, opportunities and threats of the project;
• Outcome-level Achievement of the project;
• Methods of implementation of the project;
• Sustainability of project result;
• Operation and maintenance of created facilities;
• Comparison of Baseline and latest data;
• Achievement of the project in terms of BCR and IRR; and
• Year-based Audits and objections.
After all, in the report the firm will show that what and how much impact the project has in project areas and suggest which measures requires to do sustain the impact. |

At least 03 (Three) years working experience of conducting in-depth monitoring or impact evaluation of development project. |

Interest to conduct the above mentioned Assignment must be expressed with a printed brochure containing:
• A letter expressing Interest to conduct the above mentioned Assignment;
• Organizational identity, background and experience;
• Available professionals in compliance with the TOR, their academic qualification and experience in the relevant field;
• Legal Documents like updated Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, Valid TIN Certificate, Nationality Certificate of Authorized person, Voter ID Card of authorized person;
• Bank Solvency showing managerial and financial capability;
