The minimum qualifications and experiences:
• Minimum 05 years of experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity. Please provide work completion certificates to prove the experiences along with a certificate of incorporation (if applicable).
• Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license, TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number and Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.
• Experience of IT audit in at any government organization or private organizations. (Please submit relevant document for proof of the experience).
• Experience of information security audit with respect to ISO 22301 standard (BCMS) or ISO 20000-1 standard (SMS) or ISO 27001 standard (ISMS) of any government organization or any private organizations. (Please submit relevant document for proof of the experience).
• Must have a minimum average annual turnover of BDT 80 Lac in the last 02 years. (Please submit the necessary document in this regard. For example, audited financial documents).
• Must have a minimum amount of liquid asset of BDT 85 Lac in form of credit line or working capital. (Please submit the necessary document in this regard. For example, audited financial documents).
Aspire to Innovate (a2i) Programme now invites eligible Applicants/firms to indicate their interest in providing the service. Interested consultants/firms are invited to provide information indicating they are qualified to perform the services. Multiple Companies having technical and legal competency for providing such services can apply jointly but they must have a legal agreement among them where one company needs to be lead. The joint venture company jointly needs to fulfill all conditions mentioned in this ToR. A joint-venture agreement needs have a clear identification of each responsibility matrix along with IPR.
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoI of the eligible applicants and a “request for proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
The total duration of the contract is 18 (Eighteen) months. |
