Minimum Qualification criteria:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT business in Bangladesh. Please provide relevant documents like RJSC (if applicable).
2. Minimum 3 years of practical experience of web base solution with the Government of Bangladesh/privet sector/ international development partner (Please provide work completion certificate along with copy of contract)
3. Minimum 3 years of practical experience of mobile base solution with the Government of Bangladesh /privet sector/ any international development partner organization (Please provide work completion certificate along with copy of contract)
4. Must have valid & up to date trade license and income tax payment certificate. Valid TIN & BIN Certificate
5. Must have minimum average annual turnover of BDT 4.50 Crore in immediate last 02 years. Please submit immediate last two years financial audited statements (if applicable)
6. Must have minimum amount of liquid Asset in form of an unconditional credit line from any schedule bank of Bangladesh or working capital shall be BDT 04 Crore. Please submit immediate latest audited financial statements (if applicable)
7. The user handling capacity of the developed system must be more than 100,000 with 50,000 daily log-in. (Please provide relevant evidence)
8. Must have experience in quality assurance and IT Security & auditing for any enterprise level application. (Please provide completion certificate along with copy of contract)
9. The consulting firm must have consultancy experience in IT service management experience of any enterprise level application. (Please provide completion certificate along with copy of contract)
