| Brief Description of Assignment |

The service must be included but are not limited to:
a) Preparation of topographic survey of existing condition of the Locations, Introjections, bridges.
b) Preparation of sub-soil investigation and preparation of report for Proposed structure.
c) Preparation of Preliminary plan, design of Proposed structure.
d) Approval of Preliminary plan & design.
e) After approval of Preliminary design, Preparation of detail working architectural design, structural design.
f) Preparation of component wise detail estimate.
g) Preparation of Development Project Proposal (DPP) with feasibility study.

To Prepare of short list the expression of Interest (EOI) shall be evaluated on the basis of following:
a) The intending consulting firm shall have adequate Knowledge to perform such a job with qualified Architects, Engineers and other Technical key Personal. They will have to provide much information having qualification to do the services (Brochures description of similar works, experience or similar nature works, availability of appropriate professional qualification & experience among staff etc)
b) The intending firm should have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience to carry out the above mentioned task in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous bodies/Reputed private of Multinational organization. The firm should have to submit Income Tax Certificate, VAT registration Certificate & other relevant documents.
c) Interested firms should submit the following document:
(i) Brochure summarizing their capability, logistic facilities & areas of expertise & company profile.
(ii) All legal documents regarding the business.
(iii) Description of completed similar service experiences & ongoing assignments for last 05 (five) years.
(iv) Availability of appropriate experienced technical professionals and Audit Report for financial capability.
(v) Bank solvency certificate.
(d) For joint venture: should meet the Technical & Financial qualification as par PPR-2008 & its stand request for proposal (SRFP).
