•B.Sc in Civil Engineering/ Diploma in Civil Engineering (Detailed in ToR).
•For B Sc. Engineer 7 (seven) years of overall experiences, out of which 3 (three) years relevant experience.
•For Diploma Engineer 12 (twelve) years of overall experiences, out of which 8 (eight) years relevant experience. (Detailed in ToR).
