| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
SD-01: Software Specialist: Oversee all technical aspects of the project implementation; Oversee the integration of software modules and components into the system. Automate rigorous unit and regression tests to verify and validate the system across platforms. Ensure in cooperation with PD, DPD, technical soundness of project activities and achievement of project outputs.
SD-02: Network & Maintenance Specialist: Maintenance of Data Center, Server, Network and Security system. Prepare and verify user requirements related to network; Administer LAN System, Computer Systems, Mail Server, Proxy Server, Web Server and Database Server; Maintain and report on data center internet and server security logs.
SD-03: Capacity Development Expert: Oversee all activities related to training for the project implementation; Advise Project Director on accountability and transparency of training arrangement and training budget management of the project; Assist Project Director in administration and procurement process to achieve of project outputs if required.
SD-04: Finance & Procurement Specialist: Assist in budgeting, financial record keeping, reporting, fund monitoring, project expenditure & payment processing, assist in auditing, prepare procurement plan & documentation of procurement as per PPR, maintaining liaison for procurement and financial matters, analysis budget, etc. Prepare/review/finalize procurement related documents as per Public Procurement Rules 2008.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

SD-01: Software Specialist: The Consultant must have 4 years of bachelor’s degree in computer Science and Engineering from any recognized university; 12 years of experience of working closely in software development and management both in client and vendor
SD-02: Network & Maintenance Specialist: B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering from any recognized university; CCNA and ITIL Training is preferable; At least 8 years’ experience in LAN / WAN and System Administration, Trouble shooting and user support; Strong experience in the Linux environment is highly preferable
SD-03: Capacity Development Expert: The Consultant must have master’s degree in any discipline from any recognized university; Must have 10 years practical experience in development project, including 5 years’ experience in the field of training and procurement.
SD-04: Finance & Procurement Specialist: The consultant must have master’s degree in Accounting/Economics/Statistics/ Finance/Business Administration/Management or other relevant subject; At least 10 years of work experience in development sector in the field of accounting including 5 years’ experience in public procurements.
