"List of the studies to be conducted under the assignment
Study 1: Vehicle and Cargo tracking under free transit regime
Study 2: Assessment study on necessity of more Off Dock/Dry Port
Study 3: Feasibility study on enhancing trade and connectivity with North East India and Bangladesh.
The broad scope of consulting services (“the Services”) include to carry out as per ToR in the project.

"The Consulting firm shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract;
• The firm should have at least 10 years of general experience in providing consulting services out of which at least 05 years of experience in national and international trade related research or studies for public and private sector;
• The firm must have successfully completed one service contract/study/research related to cross-border trade and related issues;
• The firm should have experience in working with development partner’s funded projects (IDA financed project experience would be desirable);
Required Documents:
* Company Registration, Up to date Tax payment certification, VAT registration certificate, Audited Financial statement (last 03 Years), Company Brochure;
* Short CVs of the proposed team demonstrating their educational and professional qualifications.

"A consultancy/research firm will be selected in accordance with the Consultant’s Qualification Based Selection (CQS) method set out in the The World Bank Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 (Updated in 2020) and based on the above qualification and experiences.
The consultancy/research firm is allowed to submit their EOI alone or in the form of Joint venture (JV) or association with sub-consultants to enhance their capacity. However in case of association with sub-consultants qualification and experience of sub-consultants will not be considered for shortlisting.
Terms of Reference (TOR) will be available in the office of the undersigned and also at http://brcp-1.gov.bd/. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours (i.e. 09.00 to 16.00 hours). Expressions of interest must be delivered 01(One) Original copy and 01 (One) Photocopy in a written form to the address below (in person or by email) by 3.00 PM on 16/08/2023. Necessary documents in support of firm’s experience shall have to be submitted.
