| Brief Description of Assignment |

Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) on behalf of ICT Division is organizing, Smart Children Carnival 2023, the flagship event of ICT Division, during 27-30 September 2023. The carnival is a tech-based event for children which will focus on the children's educational platform 'Hasina & Friends' bringing in stories, games and information from the website to real life. Bangladeshi IT Companies/Event Management/experienced in working with Govt./Autonomous bodies, are requested to participate in this EoI. |

The firms must meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. Must have minimum 7 (Seven) years general experience in Event Management/ Design, Development and Implementation support services of software development information system.
2. Must have experience in design, development and implementation of at least 03 (Three) Software Projects/Event Management Programs in the field of Digitalization/Automation of a government/semi-government autonomous organization within the last 05 (Five) years.
3. Must Submit Work Order and Work Completion Certificate of government/ semi-government autonomous organization with contract Value of at Least 3 (Three) Crore in IT Related Project/ event in maximum 2 (Two) contracts within the last 03 (Three) years.
4. Must have sufficient liquid assets such as working capital or credit line(s) of a minimum of 2 (Two) Crore taka.
5. Must have audit reports yearly average turnover shall be at least TK, 2 (Two) Crore or above for the last 3 (Three) years audit report by registered Audit Firm.
6. Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license (2022-2023) register of joint stock & companies (RJSC) registration (if applicable), TIN certificate, VAT identification number, and Updated Income Tax payment certificate (2021-2022).
