INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Main Tasks: Responsible for development of Front end (dotnet) and back end (Oracle) programming and implementation of SOE related module in iBAS++, relevant interfaces with other GoB systems, update existing database system and other software modules required for establishment of a Management Information System for SOEs.
Scope of Work:
? Closely work with Senior IT Consultant;
? Design, development and implementation of one stop shop portal for SOEs;
? Developing/ Programming of the user interface of SOE module or modification of existing
modules using dot net platform (or another platform as specified by the project);
? Perform necessary development work to implement SOE Module interfaces with other
GoB systems;
? Perform unit testing and record test results;
? Help design of the additional modules for SOE in a manner which maximizes
performance, flexibility, scalability, extendibility and multitenancy of the system for future
expansion;
? Documentation of SOE Module development activities through updating technical
manual;
? Provide support for implementation of SOE System rollout;
? Provide support for any operational issue raised in SOE Module;
? Submit monthly work plan before beginning of each month and work progress after
completion of every month. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

? Graduation in any discipline, preferably in Engineering or CSE/CIS/CS/EEE
? Minimum 10 years’ experience in software development, experience with government financial

management system will be given preference. |
