Main Tasks: Conduct an assessment of existing SOE laws, rules and regulations to identify how to improve the current SOE legal framework
Scope of Work:
? Examine SOE legal framework;
? Conduct an assessment of existing SOE laws, rules and regulations;
? Work to improve the current SOE legal framework;
? Maintain the categorization list of SOE;
? Request required legal and corporate governance documents from SOEs
? Prepare a status report of all documents requested and received from SOEs
? Coordination with ADG, Monitoring Cell.
? Any other tasks assigned by the Program Implementation Team (PIT);
? Submit monthly work plan before beginning of each month and work progress after
completion of every month. |

? LL. B/LL.M/ Bar-at-Law/ Public Administration/ International Relations/Economics and any other
relevant discipline;
? Minimum 10 years of professional experience in related field. |
