| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Main Tasks: Provide user level support for Training Database of IPF and update of SPFMS and IPF website
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Closely work with focal point person of IPF;
• Help prepare rollout training module;
• Provide support to solve training module related problem faced by end user;
• Provide support in implementing training module;
• Help provide user feedbacks on a regular basis to focal point person of IPF in order to improve training module user experience;
• Provide support in delivering training;
• Provide expert opinion and support to trainee during training session;
• Respond to help desk calls and resolve training module related issues;
• Submit monthly work plan before beginning of each month and work progress after completion of every month to the DG, IPF and PEC; and
• Any other relevant task assigned by the authority. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
• Minimum Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university, preferably in IT;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software implementation support. |
