| Brief Description of Assignment |

Provide technical leadership to develop the program framework, plans and indicators to capture program performance results, documenting and disseminating program successes and challenges and provide effective, accurate and timely monitoring, evaluation and reporting of all program activities, The M&E consultant will work closely with the PECT to design, implement and supervise the program’s M&E activities and reporting. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
• Post-graduation in Public Administration/ Business Administration/ Social Sciences/ Economics/ Communications/ Monitoring & Evaluation/ Change management /any other relevant fields.
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
• At least 5 years' experience in designing and implementing change management strategies and interventions for public institutions in depth knowledge of the center of government functions, processes, and public management. |
