The Disaster Risk Management Specialist will have a Masters in Disaster Management or any other relevant discipline from a recognized University. S/he should have at least 10 (Ten) years of experience in areas of disaster risk management of which at least 5 (Five) years in government / semi government organizations or donor supported development projects being actively involved in and fully conversant with disaster risk management. Experience in disaster management technical project design, TOR preparation, bid preparation for consulting and non-consulting services. |

Duration of Service (Months): 36 The Project Director, LGCRRP, LGED now invites eligible Applicants to apply for the positions. Applicants are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Complete CV in World Bank CV format with other supporting details as required for evaluation).
The consultants will be selected in accordance with the selection of Individual Consultants procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers, January 2011(July 2014 Revision).
