| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Consulting Firm has to provide Annual Maintenance Services for Technical Support Service of e-Govt. Network and Onsite Support Service (Info Sarkar-2) (Please see detail in TOR in website: www.bcc.gov.bd) |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1. The Firm shall have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience on ITES related services.
2. The Firm shall have minimum 2 (two) contracts completion certificate on IP Network Maintenance and Onsite Support Services under AMC with Govt. Organization/Semi Govt/Autonomous organization/private sector with aggregate value of at least TK. 4.00 (four) crore only in last 3 (three). Years counts from the date of REOI publication in newspapers.
3. The Firm shall have presently running minimum 1 (one) contract on similar activities with Govt. Organization/Semi Govt/Autonomous organization/private sector (Contract agreement must be submitted).
4. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least amount of Tk. 3.00 (three) crore over the last 3 (three) years. Years counts from the date of REOI publication in newspapers. (The audit report by registered firm must be submitted as evidence for calculation of average annual turnover).
5. JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR-2008 Rule 54 with National consulting firms only.

1. The Firm have to submit CV of all proposed engineer’s. Also have to submit OEM certification.
2. The Firm should have valid up-to-date trade license, Updated income tax certificate, VAT registration Certificate and Certificate of Incorporation in case of limited company.
3. The Firm shall have OEM service authorization to provide the service to this proposal (Original authorization with email and website must be submitted)
4. The Firm shall have OEM Manufacturer’s authorization to supply the goods to this proposal (Original authorization with email and website must be submitted).
6. The soft copy of the EOI must be submitted in pdf format with company Seal and Sign. |
