| Brief Description of Assignment |

The firm will conduct in-depth monitoring depending on approved TOR. The objective of this assignment to conduct in-depth monitoring of the “Dhanua-Elenga and West Bank of Bangabandhu Bridge-Nalka Gas Transmission Pipeline (BD-P78: Natural Gas Efficiency Project (1st Revised)” in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel and all project stakeholders. To review & present project related information (Background, Objectives, Status of project Approval/Revision, mode of financing & other relevant issues etc.). To collect, review, analyze and present with graphical / tabular form of data in regards to overall progress & component wise implementation progress (physical and financial) of the project. The recommendations made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to direct the project on track and help to implement similar project in future. |

Interested Firms are hereby invited to submit EoI containing printing brochures (showing organizational identity and background), Legal Documents, bank solvency showing managerial and financial standing (according to PPA 2006 and PPR 2008), Legal & upto date Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, Valid TIN Certificate, upto date Income Tax, upto date Audit Report in favour of firm, Nationality Certificate of Authorized person, Voter ID Card of authorized person.
