| Brief Description of Assignment |

? Designing the Data Center premises for installation of the Passive Equipments required to install modular Data Center for Community Bank, a fully owned concern of Bangladesh Police Kallyan Trust
? Undergo the required civil construction as per the design in compliance with all the related specification per international standard
? Establishing an indoor modular data center with telecommunication infrastructure standard, The data center capacity with minimum 100 KW total load and 40 KW IT Load
? Total racks: can be up to 16 with 6 IT racks and 2 network racks
? Power Capacity : Minimum 100 KW
? Average IT/CT Power density (KW/Rack) minimum : 5
? UPS :Battery 60 minutes backup (full load), 2N redundant, module type
? Air conditioner : In-row air conditioner N+1 redundant
? Monitoring : Data Center Infrastructure Management System
? Availability : Tier 3 or higher
? Comply Standard : TIA-942, Uptime
? Security : Must comply with international code of practice for information security management (ISO/IEC 177799) and comply with the international standard for the management of IT Security (ISO/IEC 13335)
? Cabling : Must comply with Sectional Specification for Horizontal Floor Wiring Cables with a common overall screen for use in digital communication (EN 50167); Generic cabling system –Part 5 (EN50173-5-2005):; Generic Cabling for customer premises (ISO/IEC11801-2008)
? Mechanical Structure : Degrees of Protection provided by enclosures (IEC60529-2008)
? Lighting : Protection of structures against lighting (IEC 61024-1); Protection against lighting electromagnetic impulse; protection against over voltage and over currents
? Testing : Freight containers – specification and testing |

The firm can make Joint Venture (JV) with any international firms having proven experience of designing data canter, manufacture and supply of passive equipments of data center and establishing data center both domestic (at least 3) and international (at least 3).The list of works completed along with the certificates from the relevant employer to be attached,
? The international partner of JV must state its position in the data center equipments in the Magic Quadrant published by Gartner (2017 & 2018)
? Statement of skilled and professionally competent workforce of the firm, availability of wealth in accomplishing the work.
? Financial solvency and managerial competence showing bank Statement of last 12 months.
? Organization brochure containing fields of expertise and advantages;
? Warranty of two years for the equipments supplied
? Ten years annual maintenance agreement of which first two years will be free of service charge |
