INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of General experience in the
supply of Similar Goods and related services;
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of Plastic Crates for the minimum of
Tk.1,85,00,000.00 (Taka Once Crore Eighty-Five Lac Only) under maximum
02 contracts in the last 05 (Five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from
the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net
of other contractual commitments is Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore);
4. More than 10,000 pcs of monthly production capacity is desirable;\
5. Participation in this tender is open to the Manufacturer directly or a Supplier
with a valid Manufacturing Authorization Letter (MAL) from the Manufacturer;
6. ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certificate of the manufacturer is
required with the current validity;
7. Environment Clearance Certificate from the Department of Environment,
Bangladesh is required;
8. The Tenderer must have established distribution points in al districts of
Bangladesh and shall have adequate arrangements to ensure on time delivery
at the Upazila level;
9. Tenderer must provide two SAMPLEs along with the tender and the samples
must fully match the technical specifications;
10. Any other required documents mentioned at the tender documents. |
