INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 12 years of overall experience in DST & SLICK line
operation services.
2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 08 years of specific experience in DST & SLICK line
operation services to at least 07 international Oil/Gas Companies.
3) The Tenderer/ Service Provider have to submit third party (who has validation from ISO or equivalent) inspection certificates for Rental equipment of DST service.
4) Tenderer/Service Provider must have valid API/ISO relevant certificate & must submit API certificate of last 10 years.
5) Bonafide manufacturers/suppliers/Tenderer or their authorized agents of all countries
except which Countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.

a) Tender must remain valid for 150 days from the date of closing of the tender.
b) Amount of tender security: 12,00,000.00 BDT or US$ 9,900.00 in the form of Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh or from any reputable foreign bank duly endorsed by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh located in Dhaka with full obligation and liabilities.
c) The tender security must remain valid for 178 (one hundred seventy eight) days from the date of closing of the tender.
d) If tender opening day happens to fall on any holiday or any unavoidable Circumstance such as strike, Civil Commotion, Govt. holiday etc. tenders shall be opened at the same hours on the first subsequent working day.
