Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) Must have up to date trade license, up to date income tax payment certificate, up to date VAT certificate, up to date Certificate of Membership of Chamber of Commerce (All Certificates are attested)
b)relevant work experience certificate in government hospital.
b) Other terms and detail will be mentioned in the scheduled.
c) In all cases PPA-2006 and PPR 2008 and amendments 2010, 2014 will be followed.
d) Necessary samples of the items mentioned in the tender schedule shall be submitted as per the demand of the authority.
e) The rates of the items mentioned in the schedule should be in accordance with the market rates.
f) The authority reserves the right to reject all tenders / accept defective tenders / partially cancel / completely cancel all tenders without assigning any reason. |
