INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 3.50 (Three point five) Crore in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous body /Private Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ Credit line(s) (must be in the form of PG3-8 in original form) of BDT 3.75 (Three point seven five) Crore. Other formats/documents are not acceptable. (PG3-8 form attached in section-6)
4. Manufacturer's Authorization Letter (e-PG3-5) from manufacturer must be submitted. (e-PG3-5 form attached in section-6)
5. Sole Agent/Distributorship certificate from manufacturer must be submitted.
6. Marked Catalogue & Technical specification must be submitted.
7. Terms and conditions of Escalator must be fulfilled (attached in section-6)
8. The intending tenderers must enclosed VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-todate Trade License and Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Section-6 of e-tender documents must be fulfilled. |
