INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

A) General Experience:
The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
B) Specific Experience:
a) For CCTV Camera: The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of CCTV Camera (including related Electrical item) of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 38.00 Lac under Government/ Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization.
b) For Computer Accessories: The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Computer Accessories of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 4.10 Lac under Government/ Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization.
c) For Office equipment: The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Office equipment of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 3.50 Lac under Government/ Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization.
Combined specific experience on above 03 point is expectable. Combination may be (a+b+c) or (a+b & c) or (a+c & b) or (b+c & a) or (a & b & c). But in every case individual supply value must be satisfy the mention value 38.00 Lac, 4.10 Lac, 3.50 Lac respectively. In the specific experience Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing value of CCTV Camera, Computer Accessories and Office equipment must be mention separately and clearly.
C) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 49.00 Lac.
D) Maximum number of partners in the JV shall be: JV not Allowed.
