| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(i) The Bidder (in case of JV, each partner) should have at least three (3) years of general experience in supplying electrical goods and related services.
(ii) The Bidder shall the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (SPC Pole) in maximum 03 contracts successfully completed within the last 05[Five] years, value mentioned below. (i.e. years counting backward from the date of ICB publication):
(1) Package No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-SPC-G-24; Lot-3: USD 9,600,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(2) Package No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-SPC-G-24; Lot-4: USD 9,600,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(3) Package No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-SPC-G-24; Lot-5: USD 9,600,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(iii) Bidder shall have at least the Average Annual Turnover mentioned below over a period of best two years within last Five years.
(1) Package No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-SPC-G-24; Lot-3: USD 15,300,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(2) Package No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-SPC-G-24; Lot-4: USD 15,300,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(3) Package No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-SPC-G-24; Lot-5: USD 15,300,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(iv) The Bidder at the time of bid submission should have at least the amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility or their combination mentioned below:
