INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Only companies shortlisted by the Chinese Government for this particular procurement, meeting the following criteria, are eligible to participate in this tendering process:
1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10(Ten) years of overall experience in the role of contractor.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Telecommunication System (such as BTS, Evolve Packet Core, Transmission Multiplexers, Microwave Links, Tower Construction, etc.) and Services under G-to-G Projects through Chinese Government Fund in at least a number of 1 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, each with a value of at least USD 150 million (or equivalent amount).
3. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than USD 120 million (or equivalent amount) within best three(3) years in the last five(5) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be USD 80 (Eighty) Million or equivalent amount.
5. The maximum 3(three) number of arbitration award against the Tenderer over a period last 5(five) years.

1. Access Netowrk:
2000 new BTS Equipment with 2G+4G capability, 1200 2G+4G capability for replacement, 50 5G gNodeb, 50 CPE devices, Spectrum Upgradation for 740 Sites for 4G service, 8500 Communication Antenna, 30 IBS solution, necessary IP clock and GPS clock, Necessary capacity of BSC and OMC and necessary spares.
2. Core Network:
Various Upgradation and New Node addition in Core network. For example, CBS with peripherals, DFS, EPC, HLR/HSS, IMS, MNP, IP core, USSD Gateway, SMSC, Biomentric Devices and necessary spares.
3. Transmission Network:
2500 Short Haul link, 100 Long haul link, Capacity expansion of OTN, WDM Mux, Routers, NMS, Spares etc.
4. DC Power:
Diesel Generator, Substations for 4 Core sites. Necessary Power solution for 500 Own Built sites. Necessary protection system for core and BTS sites.
5. Civil Works:
4 Core site Construction, 500 Own Built site (Green Field) site construction.
