INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (ten) years of General experience in the supply of goods and related
services.
b)The Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Goods similar to the proposed goods
(Broadcasting equipment’s) maximum three (03) contract shall be provided by the tenderer in the last five (05)
years from Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization with a value of BDT 6.00 (six) crore i.e.
years counting backward from the date of publication of tender notice.
c) Tenderer must have distributor ship/local agent from manufacturer in Bangladesh for the below equipment:
Antenna, Transmitter, Audio Processor.
d) Tenderer Should Submit Manufacturer Authorization for the following equipment: Antenna, Transmitter, Audio
Processor, Broadcast Console.
e) Tenderer Company should be ISO:9001-2015 Certified
f )Tenderer must have distributor ship/local agent from manufacturer in Bangladesh for the equipment:
Antenna, Transmitter and Audio Processor.
g) Tenderer Should Submit Manufacturer Authorization for the following equipment: Antenna, Transmitter,
Audio Processor and Broadcast Console.
h) Updated Trade license
i) VAT & online BIN certificate
j) TIN and Last Income tax certificate of the last assessment year.
k) Audit Report for last 02 yearswith minimum annual turnover 10.00 Crore BDT.
l) Bidders / Tenderer updated ISO 9001:2015 certificate (certificate must be attached)
m) All relevant brochure / catalogue of offered products. Brochure must be published in the concerned
manufacture’s website.
n) Tender / Bidder should have at least 03 (three) experienced Engineers (B.Sc in EEE /CSE) on installing
of system and C. V. to be submitted.
o) Up-to-date Bank Solvency Certificate.
