INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the works shall be 10(Ten) years.2.i) The minimum specific experience as prime contractor in successfully completed in supply and installation of at least one (01) no of sub-station, air-cooler and generator and related works of value no less than Tk.190.00 lac. in any govt./semi govt./autonomous bodies in Bangladesh within last 05(Five) years from IFT ii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Supplier shall be Tk 220.00 lac.(In the Form PG 3-8) 3.i)In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD,the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed ii)The bidder shall submit manufacturer’s authorization for sub-station,air-cooler and generator(e-PG3-5) 4.The bidder shall also submit i)Guaranty certificate for 01(One) year from manufacturing company and Free service warranty certificate of spare parts for 01(One) year. 5.The tenderer must submit: i)Up to date valid trade license ii)up to date income tax clearance certificate iii)Valid VAT registration certificate, iv)Up to date valid ABC Category Electrical contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.6.In the case of front loading, the tenderer will get the unit price (tenderer’s quoted price and the rate used in the approved official estimate cost, whichever is lower) at his running bill.After completion of the entire work, his quoted rate will be applicable for the final bill.
