INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the works shall be 10(Ten) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System)
2. i) The minimum specific experience as a supplier in supply and installation of Lift in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government /Semi Government/private organization with a value of at least Tk 150.00 Lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
ii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Supplier shall be Tk. 180.00 lac. (In the Form PG 3-8) in Original form.
3. i) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed. ii) The bidder shall submit Manufacturer's authorization letter (e-PG3-5) only from sole agent for LIFT.
4. The bidder shall also submit
i) Valid ISO 9001:2008 Certificate for lift from the manufacturing company
ii) Guaranty certificate for lift from manufacturing company for 01(One) year.
iii) Free service warranty certificate of spare parts mentioning for 01(One) years from the date of commissioning.
5. The tenderer must submit: i) Up to date valid trade license ii) up to date income tax clearance certificate iii) Valid VAT registration certificate, iv) Up to date valid ABC Category Electrical contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board,
