| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2 (Two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2 Crore.
(c) 20 Pieces of Rapid Pass (Felica IC) Card as Sample must be submitted to Procuring Entity within 15 days after Tender opening date.
(d)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be 7 Crore Taka.
