• For supply of medicine only: i) The tenderer shall have certificate or proof of approval by foreign regulatory authorities (e.g. FDA, EMA, MHRA, TGA, PMDA) or proof of medicine export or authenticate documents of export of medicine shipment to foreign various countries within the last 3 years
ii) The tenderer must be manufacturer of medicine.
