i) 1. Manufacturer must have valid,API 9A, ISO & relevant certificate.
iii) 3. Manufacturer have Overall 12 years experience of manufacturing.
iv) 4. Manufacturer have Overall 12 years experience of similar materials manufacturing and must have last 10 years proven sales record to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and must have at least 03 end-user certificate in last seven years.
v) 5. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply of similar Goods of at least five (5) contracts successfully completed within the last six (6) years out of which four (4) must be in other than the country of origin, each with a value of at least the amount described in the Tender document.
vi) 6. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility for the amount described as in the Tender document

viii) 2. Supplier must be a Internationally Reputed Supplier at Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
ix) 3. Supplier have Overall12 years experience of Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
x) 4. Supplier have Overall 12 years experience of similar materials Supply and must have last 10 years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed company’s other than the Supplier Country of Origin and must have at least 03 end-user certificate in last seven years.

i) Tender must remain valid for 120 days from the date of closing of the tender.
ii) Time of completion of Delivery: 12 Weeks
iii) Mode of Shipment: By Sea
iv) Amount of tender security: US$ 1,360.00 or BDT 1,50,000.00 in the form of Bank Guarantee/ Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh or from any reputable foreign bank duly endorsed by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh located in Dhaka with full obligation and liabilities.
v) The tender security must remain valid for 148days from the date of closing of the tender.
vi) If tender opening day happens to fall on any holiday or any unavoidable Circumstance such as strike, Civil Commotion, Govt. holiday etc. tenders shall be opened at the same hours on the first subsequent working day.
vii) This notice will also be available at website of Petrobangla ( www.petrobangla.org.bd), BAPEX (www.bapex.com.bd), and CPTU (www.cptu.gov.bd).
