a. Year of experience should not be less than 05 years for a Firm / Company / JVC / Firm of Association.
b. Consultant should have at least 04 (Four) Graduate Architects with minimum experience of 05 years and at least 04 (Four) Graduate Structural Engineer, 02 (Two) Graduate Electrical Engineer with minimum of 05 years experience as fulltime employee.
c. Consultants should have completed design, drawing at least 04 (Four) such type of interior / exterior works or similar in nature in last 05 years.
d. Conractors enlisted other Govt/Semi-Govt/autonomous organization in similar capacity having necessary security clearance from DGFI.
