01. TIN Certificate
02. The Specific Experience of Satisfactory Completion Certificate /Work Order / NoA with Contact Agreement for Supply of Furniture at least Tk. 02.00 Crore in any Govt . Project
03. Update Trade License (Must be Mentioning Manufacturing & Supplying of Furniture)
04. VAT Registration Certificate
05. E-BIN
06. Manufacturing Company must have Fire License.
07. Manufacturing Company must have: ISO Certificate on FURNITURE
08. if limited company bidder must have Certificate of Incorporation
09. Tenderer must have membership and DCCI and Furniture Owners Association Certificate.
10. Letter of Credit Commitment from any Bank in Bangladesh Tk 3 crore
11. Original Catalogue / Drawing must have submitted.
12. Tenderer must have own Manufacturing Plant. (Manufacturing Authorization is not Acceptable)
13. Bidders must have last 05 (Five) Years Turn over amount Taka 20 Crore.
14. Production Capacity minimum 100,000 (One Lac) No’s Per Year.
15. General Experience minimum 10 Years photocopy of Trade License to be provided as proof
16. Manufacturer must have Products QR Code, Hologram, Monogram, Production date, QC List
17. Environment Clearance Certificate
18. Wood Seasoning plant, Plastic Product plant, Lacquered Machine and Treatment Plant
19. Product sample display and Factory visit must have required.
20. Blacklisted Manufacturer/ Supplier will not be able to participate in the Tender.
