Brief Eligibility & Qualification of Tenderer:
The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy:
(a) The Tenderer shall be from eligible countries as stated in ITT Clause 5 of the tender document.
(b) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years.
(c) Shall have successfully completed supply contract of similar goods (IT Equipments for Lot-01, Air Conditioners for Lot-02) of the value mentioned below in maximum 01 (one) contract within last 03 (three) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper):
(i) Lot-01: Contract Value Minimum BDT 15,00,000/- (Taka fifteen lacs only)
(ii) Lot-02: Contract Value Minimum BDT 1,50,000/- (Taka one lac fifty thousand only)
*The similar experience shall have to be substantiated by “Completion/Acceptance certificate” issued by the respective Procuring Entity.
(d) Shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line or any combination is: BDT 1,000,000/- (Taka ten lacs only) for Lot-01. (Liquid asset or working capital or credit facility does not require for Lot-02) |
