INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

i) The maximum 2 number of arbitrations against the Tenderer over a period of the last 5 years. ii) Manufacturer/Software Developer must have 07 (seven) years experiences of manufacturing similar products. iii) Manufacturer/Supplier have 07 (seven) years overall experience in supply and in supply and must have 05 (five) years of supplying similar products and must hae proven sales record of 05 (five) years to IOC company other than the Manufacturer’s country of origin and also submit at least 03 (three) end user certificate, if necessary will be verified. iv) The Manufacturer must have R&D laboratory facilities of ther own to conduct respective test to meet client demands. v) The minimum specific experience as supplierin supply of similer goods at least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of a least USD 4,20,000.00 (Four lac twenty thousand USD). vi) The minimum number of supplies of similer systems are: 2 licenses with necessary hardware per year. vii) Tenderer or their authorized agent of all countries except which countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh. viii) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is US$ 600,000.00 (USD Six lac). |
