INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

A. Manufacturer:
i. Manufacturer must have minimum 5 (Five) years’ experience of manufacturing of Cementing Unit Spare Parts.
ii. Manufacturer must have minimum 03 (Four) years’ proven sales record to IOC companies other than the manufacturing country of origin and must be submitted minimum 02 end user certificate/contract agreement copies as a proof.
iii. Manufacturer country of origin should be clearly mentioned on Bid Proposal.
B. Supplier:
i. Supplier must have valid Registration/License of the firm and must be submitted manufacturer authorization letter from Manufacturer. Manufacturer must be complying with Option-A: Manufacturer.
ii. Supplier must have minimum 03 (Three) years’ experience of suppling goods/equipment’s in the oil field industries.
iii. Supplier must have minimum 01 (One) years’ proven sales record to Internationally Reputed Companies other than the supplier country of origin and must submitat least 02documents as a proof.
iv. Supplier must be clearly mentioned spares parts manufacturing country of origin on their bid Proposal
v. Suppliers/ Manufacturers of the Countries which have no diplomatic relation with Bangladesh are not eligible for this Tender.
