INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The Tenderer/Manufacturer shall have a minimum of three (3) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
b) The Tenderer/Manufacturer shall have successfully completed supply of similar goods (Chemicals) of minimum Taka. One Crore (1,00,00,000/-) under a single contract in the last three (3) years.
c) The Tenderer should have valid updated Trade License, should be financially solvent, regular Income Tax payee/updated BIN certificate, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of EGCB procurement Policy 2015
N.B.
(1) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
(2) Successful tenderer shall have to sign a Framework Contract for a period of one (01) year from the date of contract signing. |
