INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for Tender is open for all who have the eligibility as mentioned below:
A. Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of General experience in the supply of Wooden & Steel furniture of Goods and related services.
B. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of similar nature of works, (Wooden & Steel furniture) i.e., any Wooden & Steel furniture manufacture successfully completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Lac in a single work order at any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization in Bangladesh. The above experience/ work completion certificate in standard format mentioned in the STD shall have to be submitted as directed in TDS.
C. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit facilities from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lac only in the standard form of PG3-8, against the name of the work. Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty-Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
D. Up-to-date valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN & VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR
E. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS & PCC of tender documents. |
