INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. All potential Tenderers of Bangladesh are eligible to participate in the Procurement process.
2. Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP system under appropriate user category of procurement process in order to have appropriate access point and to get working dashboard with authorized functions in e-GP System.
3. Tenderer in its own name or its other names or also in the case of its Persons in different names, shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices.
4. Tenderer shall be solvent, e.g. the Tenderer is financially capable to perform the contract for the proposed Procurement.
5. Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
6. The satisfactory completion of minimum01 (one) contracts of supply of IT computer equipmentduring the last three (3) years.
7. The satisfactory completion of supply of IT computer equipmentof minimum BDT90,00,000.00 under minimum 01(one) contact in the last 01 (one) years, i.e. years counting backward from the date of signing the contract
8. The supplier should have ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certificate. The certificate must be submitted with the tender documents.
9. The supplier should have minimum 03 (three)ITExperts/Engineers, having minimum educational qualification B.Sc. in CSE/EEE/ECE/ICE. CV must be submitted with the tender documents.
10. The supplier should have minimum 03 (three)Service Engineers having minimum educational qualification B.Sc./Diploma in CSE/EEE. CV must be submitted with the tender documents.
11. Tenderer shall have the Manufacturer Authorization letter.
12. Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, VAT, trade license.
13. National ID card. |
