INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

"a) The Bidder/Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
b) Bidder/Tenderer must be an authorized partner of the offered SDN OEM. Bidder should submit copy of OEM Partnership Certificate and web link to verify certificate.
c) Bidder/Tenderer must have at least one OEM Certified advanced professional level certification badge holder resource for Data Center or Network Virtualization and provide web link to verify certificate.
d) Bidder/Tenderer must have at least one offered SDN OEM certified advanced professional level certification badge holder resource in Designing or implementation for Data Center or Network Virtualization and provide web link to verify certificate.
e) Bidder/Tenderer should submit list of trained and offered SDN OEM certified Engineers along with CV.
f) Bidder/Tenderer must have experience of at least one successful offered SDN plan, design and implementation experience at Bank/financial institutions/ government organizations/autonomous bodies/ telecommunication companies.
g) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum US Dollar Four Million (USD 4,000,000) under maximum two (02) contracts in the last three (03) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper or website.
h) The Tenderer may participate in the procurement proceedings forming a joint venture by an agreement, executed case by case on a non judicial stamp of BDT 300/- with the intent to enter into such an agreement supported by a letter of intent along with proposed agreement duly signed by all partners of the intended JV and authenticated by a Notary Public.
i) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is USD Two Million and One Hundred Thousand (USD 2,100,000) or equivalent amount in Bangladesh Taka.
j) Evidence of Work Order, Work Completion Certificate mentioning amount, item list, date etc. are required."
