a) For Manufacturer
1. Manufacturer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 Certificate for Design, Manufacturing, Supply and Service of Laboratory Instrument.
2. Manufacturer must have minimum 10 (Ten) years’ experience of manufacturing of Cement Testing/Drilling Fluid Testing, Laboratory Instrument with spare parts & accessories of mentioned equipment.
3. Manufacturer must have minimum 04 (Four) years’ proven sales record to IOC companies other than the manufacturing country of origin and must be submitted minimum 03 end user certificate/contract agreement copies as a proof.
4. Manufacturer country of origin (for item 1 to 5) should be USA or countries in Europe, Japan, Singapore and Canada.
5. Relevant product catalog, brochure, user/operational manual and drawing design must be submitted with this tender.
b) For Supplier
1. Supplier must have valid Registration/License of the firm and must be submitted manufacturer authorization letter from Manufacturer. Manufacturer must be complying with Option-A: Manufacturer.
2. Supplier must have minimum 05 (Five) years’ experience of supplying of Cement Testing/Drilling Fluid Testing Laboratory Instrument with spare parts & accessories of mentioned equipment.
3. Supplier must have minimum 02 (Two) years’ proven sales record to Internationally Reputed Companies other than the supplier country of origin and must be submitted minimum 03 end user certificate/contract agreement copies as a proof.
c) Bonafide manufacturers/suppliers or their authorized agents of all countries except Countries with no diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
