INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
• The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public/private sector as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.
• The tenderer must have minimum three (03) specific experiences at least 1(one) having minimum 100 persons as a Prime Contractor in providing man power services within three (03) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of this tender notification in the newspaper). Contract for providing Services of outsourcing of staffs in Government Office or Government Project will be treated as similar nature only.
• Must have license from Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments.
• Updated Trade License for Manpower supply.
• VAT registration certificate.
• E-TIN with updated tax clearance certificate.
• The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 5,00,00,000 (five crore) of the last three (3) years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3,00,00,000.00 (Three Crore).
• Last three years audit report (with DVC).
• Original money receipt of tender schedule purchase.
• All other terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document.

• Supply of Field IT Techinician, Secretarial Service Staff & Office Support Staff. (Must submit all documents of the proposed manpower as per tender schedule.)
• Tenderer can participate in all four packages (SD-57 [Chittagong and Sylhet division], SD-58 [Dhaka and Mymensingh division], SD-59 [Khulna and Barishal division] & SD-60 [Rajshahi and Rangpur division]) separately. But a tenderer with lowest price and highest technical points can be awarded maximum one package.
