INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
(I) General experience of supply of Pulse(dal)/dietary/similar goods and related services of minimum 03 (three) years in any government organization;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of Pulse(dal)/dietary/similar goods and related services of minimum tk. 75,00,000/- (Taka Seventy Five Lac) under at least 1 (one) contract in the last 05(five) years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(III) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of minimum TK 85,00,000/- (Taka Eighty Five Lac) Issued after June, 2022;
(IV) UP-to date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation(in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample 200 gm high quality thick Lentil Pulse (unnatamaner Moshur Dal Mota) must be submitted in three transparent containers to the PE as per technical specification before tender opening date and time. |

High Quality Thick Lentil Pulse (Unnatamaner Moshur Dal Mota)
The inspections and tests shall be :
01.Size of grain: Must be small grains and at least 300 grains in per 10 gram;
02. Colour : Yellow to orange red;
03. Time to be cooked : Must be boiled within 15 to 25 minute in normal flame;
04. Scent : Good scent be out during cooking;
05. Description of the grain: a) The grain must be without peel and dust;
b) The grain must not be broken and must be similar size, free from black and other colour grain;
c) Must be free from Insects;
06. Taste: Be good scent and tasty;
07. Brittleness: Pressing through the teeth will break the pulses But don't be flatted;
08. Packing: Maximum 50(Fifty) kg. in a bag printed with manufacturer logo;
09. Standard: As per Technical specification and sample.
