INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least Single contract successfully completed within the last 03 years with a value of at least BDT 3.05 Crore
3. Supply in Private organization will not be treated as Experience as per PPR 2008. All Experience Certificate will be verified by Procuring Entity , If bidder will submit any false certificate , offer will be treated as non responsive and action will be taken against bidder.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines of the Tenderer shall be BDT 3.17 Crore
5. Valid Trade License( 2021-2022) with continuous minimum 5 years Renewal Copy
6. Tax Clearance Certificate 2021-2022
