a) For Manufacturer
i) Manufacturer must have valid API, ISO & relevant certificate.
ii) Manufacturer must submit API certificate for last 12 years'.
iii) Manufacturer have overall 12 years' experience of manufacturing.
iv) Manufacturer must have overall 12 years' of experience of similar materials manufacturing and must have at least 10 years' proven sales record to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and must have at least 3 end-user certificate in last seven years.
v) Relevant product Catalogue and brochure, user/operational manual, Drawing design (with one soft copy) must be submitted with tender.
vi) Preferable manufacturer: NOV, Weatherford, Forum. Manufacturing country of origin USA, Canada, UK, EU Countries, Russia, Japan, Singapore (for item no. 17 as Section 7 of Tender Document)
b) For Supplier
i) Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization.
ii) Supplier must be a Internationally Reputed Supplier at supply Drilling & Workover Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
iii) Supplier have overall 12 years' experience of supply Drilling & Workover related Miscellaneous Materials. Spare parts & Rig consumables products.
iv) Supplier have overall 12 years' experience of similar materials supply and must have at least 10 years proven sales record to IOC Internationally reputed company’s other than the Supplier's Country of Origin and must have at least 03 end-user certificate in last 7 years'.
v) Relevant Product Catalogue, Drawing design must be submitted with tender.
c) Bonafide manufacturers/suppliers or their authorized agents of all countries except Countries with no diplomatic relation with Bangladesh. |
