INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer : : i) The Tenderer must have 15 years overall experience of manufacturing drilling rig. ii) Tenderer shall have 5 years continuous API Certificate of APIQ counting backward from January 2022. iii) Tenderer must have at least 5 rehabilitation experience of drilling rig outside tenderers country including solid control equipment. iv) Tenderer must be drilling rig manufacturer. Only rig manufacturer having above qualifications are eligible for this tender. v) Having liquidity assets/credit line must have US$ 5,00,000.00. vi) No joint venture consortium (JVC) allowed for this tender. vii) Other terms & conditions stated in TDS.
Brief Description of Goods or Works : : Detail Technical specification of Solid Control Equipment for IPS Cardwell Rig Rehabilitation/Upgradation 1.0 Shale Shaker: 03 sets a) Shale shaker system should consist of 3 (three) Linear Motion Shale Shakers of Derrick FLC 2000-3/FLC-503/Hyperpool 4 Panel low weir, USA(to be installed on shaker tank to remove cuttings of drilling fluid) “G” Force:6 or above. Deck adjusting range: downhill -10 or above, uphill + 60 or above Deck adjusting system: Adjust while drilling without suspending operation to achieve optimum deck angle adjustment for different flow rate. Weir height: Low Profile shaker, maximum weir height 30?? or below. No. Screen Panels: 3 (Three)/4(four) panels of Plain or Pyramid screens. Drive Motor : Two for each shaker. Each Motor: 2.5 HP or above, 380-400V, 3 phase, 50Hz., 1450 RPM explosion proof, IP-66 Flow capacity: each shaker 500 GPM or more. Vacuum degasser should be installed on the tank. b) Mandatory spares which must include but not limited to the followings: • V belt----01set 6.0 SHALE SHAKER TANK: 01 set One set shale shaker tank. Overall skid length should be 40 ft. Height (9ft with skid) and width (9.5Ft). Inner length will be 36 ft and should include but not limited to the following: b) Mounting for Three linear motion shale shakers (Derrick FLC2000-3/FLC-503/Hyperpool 4 Panel low weir/Equivalent, USA), hinged cuttings side walkway on three sides of shaker. c) Should have 03 (three) compartments one is small and other two are equal.De-sander &De-gasser compartment. d) Decanting compartment situated below the shakers with sloped bottom (it is like Trapezoid shape with bottom dimension reduced, approximate volume 8m3). Should have one cleaning gate. Flow line to D-Gasser, De Sander and D-Silter compartment with gate from the decanting compartment. e) Mounting, suction and delivery lines with required valves, rubber compensator& fittings for De-Sander model: DSV-10-3 Derrick, USA. f) Mounting, suction and delivery lines with required valves, rubber compensator& fittings for Degasser model: Derrick VACU-FLO1200, USA. g) For de-sander and degasser 02 (Two) sets of XBSY 6x8 12 ½” Centrifugal Pumps coupled with 55kW, 3 phase, 380-400V, 50Hz explosion proof AC electric motors should be installed on the same skid. h) 12?? × 18?? mud ditch with dump gate to each compartment and isolation gates. i) Provision for one stair (2ft width) to ground in the existing position. j) One (1) 1?? wash down line with valve and 30 ft. water hose fitted with adjustable nozzle. k) Three (3) pcs of clean out gates (one each for each compartment). l) Two (2) pcs 3?? bottom mud guns with valve and swinging system (one each in each Desander and Degasser compartment compartments) m) Bottom equalizer line (minimum 12 inch) connected with intermediate tank fitted with butterfly valve and dresser sleeve or by any upgraded technique. n) Mud gun line to shaker tank. o) Water line connection to shaker tank. p) Desander and Degasser compartments should be connected by butterfly valves and would be operated from the top of tank. q) Suitable ladders are required to be supplied. r) Shale Shaker Tank will get power directly from MCC House. Also De-Sander and De-gasser will get power and control directly from MCC House. There is no connection or junction in between them. s) Approximate Power cable length 60 meter for each of De-sander and De-gasser. t) Approximate Control cable length 2×60 meter for each Pump. u) Approximate Power cable length 60 meter for Tank Power. Both ends have Plug. Plug Cat No.: AP20034E, Appleton. v) Approximate Power cable length 60 meter for Lighting Power. Both ends have Plug. Plug Cat No.: ACP3023BC, Appleton. w) Two Push buttons located on the Shale Shaker Tank. Both come from MCC House. Push button Part No.: GHG4118201R1308, CEAG, Eaton. Each Push button should be installed with Proper Cable Glands, Plugs, Receptacles, Mounting Clamps and Fittings. x) Adequate rated cable should be used. All Cable must be H07RN-F Type. y) One explosion proof, IP66 standard Distribution Enclosure must be installed on the Shale Shaker Tank. Two incoming receptacle will be installed on Distribution Enclosure end. Receptacles Cat No.: ADJA20034-200 and ADRE3023-100. z) 04 (Four) outgoing receptacle will be installed for four Agitator. Receptacles Cat No.: ADRE3034-100, Appleton. aa) 10 (Ten) outgoing receptacle will be installed for nine Lighting fixtures. Receptacles Cat No.: EFSC 17520232, Appleton. bb) 04 (Four) suitable plug &receptacle for three Shale Shaker and One Vacuum Degasser will be used. All plug/Receptacle must be from Appleton/Cruse-Hinds. cc) Power cable Plug on MCC end will be AP20034E, Appleton for each of De-sander and De-gasser. dd) Control cable Plug on MCC end will be A12-SP-416-M-08B-01, CCS for each of De-sander and De-gasser. ee) Lighting cable Plug on both Light end and Shale Shaker Tank end will be ECP-20232, Appleton. ff) One number of Explosion Proof Heavy Duty lighting fixtures is to be installed near De-sander and De-gasser Pump. gg) One number of Explosion Proof Heavy Duty lighting fixtures is to be installed on Shale Shaker Tank side. hh) Three number of Explosion Proof Heavy Duty lighting fixtures is to be installed in removable pole on the top of three Shale Shaker. One Receptacle will be installed on each pole. Receptacle Cat No.: EFSC 17520232, Appleton. ii) Lighting fixtures should be installed with Proper Cable Glands, Safety Chain, Plugs, Receptacles, Mounting Clamps and Fittings. jj) Lighting fixtures Model: MAR2 07-L2-4-B-50, Rig-A-Lite, AZZ Inc. 7.0 INTERMEDIATE TANK: 1 set One set intermediate tank. Width (9.5Ft) × height (9ft with skid) × length (36ft inner dimensions) and skid length should be 40 ft, should have 03 (three) equal compartments and should include but not limited to the following: a) De-silter compartment. b) Mounting, suction & delivery lines with required valves, rubber compensator& fittings for De-silter model: Derrick S-416-S, USA. c) Mud cleaner compartment. d) Mounting, suction & delivery lines with required valves, rubber compensator& fittings for mud cleaner model: Derrick FLC 503/Hyperpool 4 Panel, USA. e) For de-silter and mud cleaner 02 (Two) sets of XBSY 6x8 12 ½” Centrifugal Pumps coupled with 55kW, 3 phase, 380-400V, 50Hz explosion proof AC electric motors should be installed on the same skid. f) 03 (three) mud agitator sets in three compartments. Each agitator should be equipped with 04 (four) tank baffle. Mud agitators should be of API standard, heavy duty& from any renowned company suitable, 8 ft. high (inside) and 9.5 ft width mud tanks and installed on the mud tanks as described in mud tank sections. Mud agitators should be of continuous duty type for weighted mud with high torque right angle oil cooled gear box with horizontal 11kW, 380-400V, 50Hz continuous duty explosion proof AC electric motor. Agitator Model & Make: NJ15, China. Agitator should have one local 3PH DOL Motor Starter Panel. 3PH DOL Motor Starter Model: MSB110D42S, Appleton. g) 12?? × 18?? mud ditch with dump gate to each compartment and isolation gates. h) One (1) 1?? wash down line with valve and 30 ft. water hose fitted with adjustable nozzle at the mud cleaner’s end. i) Three (3) pcs of clean out gates (one each for each compartment). j) Three (3) pcs 3?? bottom mud guns with valve and swinging system ( one each in each compartment) k) Bottom equalizer line (minimum 12 inch) with suction tank fitted with butterfly valve and dresser sleeve as per existing lay out or updated technique. l) Mud gun line to suction tank. m) Water line connection to suction tank. n) Flow line coming from shale shaker tank and continued to suction tank. o) 03 feet walk way arrangement with suction tank should be supplied in the existing position. p) Delivery line from Hopper to mud cleaner compartment. q) Three compartments should be connected with each other by 12” butterfly valve will be operated from the top of tank. r) Intermediate Tank will get power from Shale Shaker Tank for Agitator and Lighting. But De-silter and Mud Cleaner will get power and control directly from MCC House. There is no connection or junction in between them. s) Approximate Power cable length 60 meter for each of De-silter and Mud Cleaner. t) Approximate Control cable length 2×60 meter for each Pump. u) Each of 03 (Three) Agitators will get power from Shale Shaker Tank by three separately Plug. Plug Cat No.: ACP3034BC, Appleton. v) Two Push buttons located on the Intermediate Tank. Both come from MCC House. Push button Part No.: GHG4118201R1308, CEAG, Eaton. Each Push button should be installed with Proper Cable Glands, Plugs, Receptacles, Mounting Clamps and Fittings. w) Adequate rated cable should be used. All Cable must be H07RN-F Type. x) Power cable Plug on MCC end will be AP20034E, Appleton for each of De-silter and Mud Cleaner. y) Control cable Plug on MCC end will be A12-SP-416-M-08B-01, CCS for each of De-silter and Mud Cleaner. z) Lighting cable Plug on both Light end and Shale Shaker Tank end will be ECP-20232, Appleton. aa) One number of Explosion Proof Heavy Duty lighting fixtures is to be installed near De-silter and Mud Cleaner Pump. bb) One number of Explosion Proof Heavy Duty lighting fixtures is to be installed on top of solid control equipment. cc) Two number of Explosion Proof Heavy Duty lighting fixtures is to be installed in removable pole on Intermediate Tank. One Receptacle will be installed on each pole. Receptacle Cat No.: EFSC 17520232, Appleton. dd) Lighting fixtures should be installed with Proper Cable Glands, Safety Chain, Plugs, Receptacles, Mounting Clamps and Fittings. ee) Lighting fixtures Model: MAR2 07-L2-4-B-50, Rig-A-Lite, AZZ Inc. Note: 1) The bidder may visit BAPEX’s IPS rig site with prior permission of the authority. An approximate rig machinery layout drawing (for IPS rig rehabilitation) is attached herewith. 2) Tanks should have three or more runner heavy duty oil field type skids suitable for winch truck loading. Height of `H type’ beam is 1ft/300mm. Layout of existing system may be taken/drawn by the bidder by examining physically. Height of tanks will be 9 ft with skid. 3) All tanks should be entirely covered with galvanized grating which will also be used as walk ways and rim mounted fold down walkways where necessary. All tanks should be fenced by removable hand rails of standard size. Tank bottom should be of 3/8??or more thick and partitions should ¼ ?? or more thick steel sheet. Sides should be of ¼ ?? or more thick corrugated steel plates. The plates/sheets to be used for making mud tank should be of strongly resistive to the chemicals and brine used in drilling industry and as per API standard. 4) Tank bottom, should be 3?? sloped toward clean out gates. 5) Clean out gates should be lever operated with operator on top of tank or as per existing system. 6) Tank walls should be arranged with 3?? mud gunning line &3??water line at full length of tanks. Gunning line will be away from the mud-pump side and water line near the mud pump side (as per existing system). The inter connections of gunning line and water line of the tanks to be supplied should be connected with 3 inch hoses and hammer union of required pressure. There should be 2 inch steel pipe line with Ball valves in each compartment of the tanks from water line so that water can be taken from water line when required. 7) Mud gunning lines should be connected with solid control centrifugal pumps delivery line with required butterfly valves. 8) Each tank should be connected with adjustable air tube unions. 9) The pipe lines and valves position of the solid control system are to be refined/upgraded than the existing system. In the new system the Centrifugal Pumps (XBSY) and its suction & delivery lines for all the solid control equipment should be integrated with the tank so that during shifting only the equipment is to be removed but the Centrifugal Pump and lines will remain as it is by the side of the tank and will be shifted with the tank. All the suction and delivery lines should have requisite amount of butterfly valves. The butterfly valves required to be used in mud tanks and solid control equipment should be of Wafer Type and should be made from DEMCO, USA/equivalent API standard. 10) Flow line for mud in the tanks should be provided with size 18 inchX18inch by the side of the tanks on the mud pump side just below the walk way. It will be straight from the decanting compartment of shale shaker to the full width of the reserve tanks. The internal connection of the flow line between the shaker tank to intermediate tank, intermediate tank to suction tank and suction tank to reserve tanks should be minimum12 inch and the connection may be done by inflatable air tube or by any refined means. The gates of flow line should be hand removal. The numbers and size of gates of flow line should be 14 inch x 18inch so that any compartment can be closed or open by putting or opening the gates. [Suction tanks, reserve tanks and mud mixer will be procured by separate tender.] 11) The internal walkway (03 feet wide) with hand rails between the shaker tank to intermediate tank and intermediate tank to suction tank should be provided. 12) Removable dome type shed with removable 6 numbers of stands for each tank should be supplied. 13) Required inter tank connecting hoses for water and mud lines should be provided. 14) All valves inside tanks should be operated from top of the tanks. 15) Bidder must submit detail drawing, design of mud tanks (in English) at the time of contract. 16) Bidder must submit detail parts catalogue and manuals in English language of each equipment. 17) Factory Inspection: After manufacturing Solid Control Equipment and Accessories system as described in Section-7 of Tender document and hence ready for shipment, the contractor will invite 07 (Seven) concern Client Engineers for 05 (five) days regarding physically examine/inspect the Solid Control Equipment at the manufacturer’s yard/factory with necessary COVID-19 Quarantine (if needed). Round trip air-fare, lodging (Hotel), fooding cost, and necessary transport required visiting different factories, pocket money& Insurance for all personnel should be borne by the Contractor.
