INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(i) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Supplier in similar good and services in at least a number of one (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last ten (10) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 120 crore or equivalent in USD.
(ii) The Supplier must be the original manufacturer (OEM), or the Shipbuilder authorized by the original manufacturer of Hovercraft duly certified in this regard (Including export license) for the construction of the Hovercraft for Bangladesh Coast Guard. In case of authorized shipbuilder, complete material package and supervision for the construction of Hovercraft must be supplied by OEM. Authorized shipbuilder/supplier must have the experience in building at least 02 (Two) Hovercrafts for any Navies/Coast Guards/ Government Security Agencies in the past 10 (ten) years and have been operating successfully. The shipyard authorized by OEM for building the Hovercraft must have the essential shipbuilding and workshop facilities, lifting gears, hull construction and calibration equipment, machinery installation, launching facilities etc.
(iii) The contractor or supplier shall nominate any state-owned shipyard in Bangladesh for the construction of Base Facilities, Pontoons, Equipment and Accessories for stowage and maintenance of the Hovercrafts as subcontractor.
