| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) Manufacturer must have 7 (Seven) years’ experiences of manufacturing similar products.
(b) Manufacturer/Supplier have 7 (Seven) years overall experience in supply and must have 5 (Five) years’ experiences of supplying similar products and must have proven sales record of 5 (Five) years to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 (Three) end user certificate, if necessary, if will be verified.
(c) The minimum specific experience as Manufacturer/Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least USD 720,000 (Seven hundred twenty thousand USD) for LOT-1 and USD 105,000 (One hundred five thousand USD) for LOT-2.
(d) Tenderer or their authorized agent of all countries except which countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh
